My cycle was cancelled; what do I do?  We are so sorry that your cycle was cancelled. If you would like to return your item, we are happy to extend you our 90-day return policy. Please reach out to info@myvitro.com with your name, order number and reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. If you are returning a Fertility Caddy or IVF Organizer, your return must also include the Calendar Holder. Once we receive the products we will provide a full refund. 


Payment, Orders, Shipping and Returns

Where do I apply my discount code?  Discount codes are applied at the payment screen on check out.

Do you accept apple pay? No, as it does not accept product discount codes. 

Can I send my item as a gift?  Yes, add the gift recipient into the shipping details.  Add your gift message into the special instructions box.  No price or payment info will be included with the box.

I was never able to add a gift message to my order. What can I do? If you haven’t submitted your order yet, after adding the item to your cart, select “View Cart”.  Add your message in the Special Instructions box. If you use one of the buy it now options, you will not be able to add a gift message.  If you have already processed your order, send an email to info@myvitro.com with your name, order number and gift message and we will include it with your package

I purchased two items, can I ship them to separate locations?  In order to ship to different locations you must place two separate orders.

Can I cancel my order? As long as the order has not shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at info@myvitro.com. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, DHL and UPS options are available for our international customers. Cost and estimated delivery speed is available upon checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any additional costs associated with international purchases, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. 

When do orders ship? We ship out orders every business day at 1PM eastern. 

Can I return my item?  We’re happy to extend a 90-day return policy to our customers. If for any reason you need to return your product, please reach out to info@myvitro.com with your name, order number and reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your returns we will provide a full refund.


Fertility Caddy

The trays are not opening properly, how do I fix them?  Sometimes during shipping the posts holding the trays to the base can pop out.  Check that the four pegs are locked in on the bottom section of the caddy - this should straighten out the trays.

How do I use the tray dividers? The tray dividers can be added anywhere along the top or second tray by sliding in vertically with the widest side down.

Can I get more affirmation cards?  Yes! You can purchase more Fertility Affirmation Cards at the Conceivable Designs website.  

IVF Organizer

What is the gray side of the Calendar holder for?  Use this side to lay out all of your needles and supplies to prep your injection.  Wipe clean if needed!

Travel Case

Does the Travel Case hold an Ice Pack? No, the travel case was not designed to hold an ice pack.
